Common Questions

Questions organized by where you are in considering our program. Most people start with pre-enrollment concerns, then move through program details.

Do I need prior accounting experience to start?

Not at all. We start with fundamental concepts and build gradually. About half our students come from completely different fields. The foundation module assumes no previous knowledge.

How much time should I expect to dedicate weekly?

Most students spend 8-12 hours per week on coursework and practice exercises. This includes video lessons, reading materials, and hands-on software practice. You can adjust the pace within reason.

What software will I learn to use?

The program covers MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks - the three most common systems in Australian businesses. We also teach advanced Excel techniques for financial modeling and reporting.

Can I access materials after completing the program?

Yes, you keep access to all course materials for two years after graduation. This includes updated content as tax laws change and new software versions are released.

Is there ongoing support after I finish?

We maintain an active graduate network and offer quarterly workshops on industry updates. You can also schedule one-on-one consultations with instructors during your first year post-graduation.
